Sallia Bandy has decorated cakes for 39 years, having been inspiried by her aunt in Oklahoma. Over the past 31 years, she has taught classes in Florida and Texas and is a Wilton Hall of Fame Instructor. She currently operates Just Desserts in Georgetown, Texas and teaches classes at All in One Bakeshop. Sallia has studied under Nicholas Lodge, Colette Peters, Earlene Moore, and at the Wilton School of Decorating. Sallia lives in Georgetown, Texas with her husband, Skip, and 5 rescued beagle-children.
